About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mwigtech.ae and the services provided by DEMHA FUTURE FZCO, operating as MWIG TECH, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) under trade licence 67110, with its office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or service agreement says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

Use of the website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, design or code, or use the website in a way that could damage it or affect other users.

Examples, figures and case studies describe results for specific clients. They are not a promise of the same result for your business.

Our services and proposals

We provide brand, website development, SEO and GEO, Google Business Profile and maps management, social media, digital marketing, paid advertising management, lead generation, video production and related services.

Every project starts with a written proposal or quote that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. A proposal becomes binding when you accept it in writing, including by email or WhatsApp, or when you pay the first invoice.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, materials and timely approvals. Delays in feedback or materials move the timeline accordingly.
  • Make sure you own or are licensed to use any text, images, logos, videos and data you give us.
  • Give us the access we need to your website, domain, hosting and platform accounts, and keep your own passwords secure.
  • Obtain and keep any licence, permit or approval your marketing requires, for example real estate advertising permits from the Dubai Land Department, medical advertising approvals from the Dubai Health Authority, or permits from the UAE Media Council. We can help you prepare the content, but the regulatory responsibility stays with the advertiser.
  • Make sure your offers, prices and claims on the website and in ads are true and comply with UAE consumer protection and advertising rules.

Prices, payment and VAT

  • Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless the proposal states another currency. Projects start from 3000 AED.
  • Value Added Tax is added where it applies under UAE VAT law.
  • Unless the proposal says otherwise, project work is invoiced with a deposit before the start and the balance before launch or handover. Monthly services are invoiced in advance for each month.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. If payment is late, we may pause the work until it is settled.
  • Third-party costs such as advertising budgets, domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock media, translation by sworn translators or platform fees are not included unless stated, and are paid by you directly or reimbursed to us.

Timelines, revisions and launch

Timelines in a proposal are good-faith estimates based on timely feedback and materials. Each design stage includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds or changes after approval are charged at our current rates.

A deliverable is considered approved when you confirm it, publish it, or do not send feedback within 10 working days after delivery.

Results and third-party platforms

We work to improve your visibility and enquiries, and we report on what we do and what changes. Search engines, maps, AI assistants, social networks and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties and change their systems without notice. For that reason we cannot guarantee specific rankings, positions on maps, mentions in AI answers, reach, leads or sales.

We are not responsible for decisions taken by these platforms, such as suspending an account, rejecting an ad or removing a listing, but we will help you respond where we can.

Ownership and intellectual property

  • After full payment, you own the final approved deliverables made specifically for you, such as your website design, logo, copy and produced videos.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries, deploy scripts, methods and know-how. You receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
  • Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock media and platform features stay subject to their own licences.
  • Unless you tell us in writing, we may show the finished work and general results in our portfolio, without sharing confidential information.

Confidentiality and data

Both sides keep confidential any business, technical and personal information received from the other, and use it only for the project. This obligation continues after the project ends.

When we process personal data on your behalf, for example leads from your website or CRM, we do so only on your instructions and in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Details on how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy.

Term and termination

  • Project work ends on delivery of the agreed scope.
  • Monthly services run for the minimum period stated in the proposal and then continue month to month. Either side may end them with 30 days written notice.
  • Either side may end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice.
  • On termination, you pay for work done and costs committed up to the end date, and we hand over the deliverables and account access that belong to you once payment is complete.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, or for monthly services, the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or content you supplied.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. We will first try to settle any disagreement by discussion in good faith. If that does not work within 30 days, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

For clients served by MWIG TECH Belgium, the terms of that entity may apply instead, as stated in the proposal.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new proposals from the date shown at the top. Questions about these terms: [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 52 482 7094.
